| Seif Alhasani was born in Bagdad and spent the first years of his life traveling the Middle East with his family, before finally settling down in Sweden. Much to the dismay of well-wishing parents, curiosity wouldn't let him settle for one occupation - he had to try them all: teacher, bike messenger, lifeguard and designer for a small London firm are just some of the careers he will confess to. In 2004 he left all that behind to become a student once more, this time on the illustration course at the London College of Communication. Now, he spends his time worrying about project deadlines and hatching ever wilder money-making schemes to fund his next trip abroad. His favourite drawing pencil is 5H. |
